For example, you can expect to pay about $500 – $1,000 for a small house and $1,000 – $2,000 for a medium house and it can go up.  But the average price for a medium-sized house is around $1,300 – $2,500.  I have a 900 square foot house and because two sides of my house are connected with other houses, I had Termidor applied on front and backyard only.  It cost me about $400.
